Please use the Order Form when making orders. Please use ONE Order Form for EACH shop (ie 1 shop 1 form).

Please ensure that the URL and the item descriptions (e.g.: item name, item colour, item size etc.) listed in the Order Form are correct. We will not be held responsible for any wrong item(s) ordered.
請確保在訂購表格中列出的商品 URL和商品描述（如：商品名稱，商品顏色，尺寸大小等）是正確的。若有任何錯誤我們將不負責。
Payment of item(s) should be made within 2 days after confirmation email is sent. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received on time. If you will be overseas, or need more time, please notify us ASAP.
Upon payment, NO changes of orders will be allowed. NO refunds will be made upon cancellations by you.
請在收到我們發送的確認電郵後的2天內付款。若沒有按時收到匯款，訂單將被取消。若您在海外，或需要更多的時間，請盡快通知我們。

All items purchased are not refundable or exchangeable. A full refund will be made only if the item is out of stock (or due to any unforeseen circumstances).
購買的商品不予退還或交換。只有在商品脫銷或斷貨（或由於任何不可預見的情況下）才会將全額退還。
Collection is strictly via postage only.
商品只能通過郵資方式寄送。
Postage charges are chargeable according to the weight of the item(s). Upon arrival of item(s) in Singapore, an email will be sent out to inform you of any top-up or refunds due to postage and exchange rates.
郵資收費將按照商品的重量計算。在商品抵達新加坡後，您將会收到電郵通知您任何因郵費和匯率所致的差額補款或退款。
Items will be mailed out only after Full Payment (payment of item + top-up, if applicable) has been received. Item(s) can be sent through normal or registered (an additional $2.30) mail.
只有在全額（商品款額 + 補款,如適用）收到后才会將商品寄出。商品將通過普通或挂号（額外$ 2.30）郵件方式寄送。
Meticulous efforts will be taken to ensure that the items are received in good accordance. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items due to normal postage (Registered mail is recommended)
We will not be liable if the shop sent out wrong or defective items.

We reserve the rights to close the spree early if the response is not ideal (or due to any unforeseen circumstances).
若反應不理想（或由於任何不可預見的情況下），我們保留權利提前關閉spree。
By sending your orders to us, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the rights to make changes to our Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
